Overview

This course is designed for health care providers in the inpatient and outpatient setting. Topics include the need to destigmatize medication assisted therapy, how to refer patients for these services, how to screen for opioid use disorder, and strategies to decrease the prescription of dangerous combinations of medications and increase the rate of prescription of non-opioid analgesics.

This course, powered by QuizTime, consists of 20 questions delivered once per weekday so it will take approximately 4 weeks to complete. Each question allows for 1 reattempt if your first attempt is not correct, and each question expires 48 hours after it is sent. Before the conclusion of the course, you will receive an email containing any questions you have not attempted, and you will have 48 hours from the time the email is sent as a last chance for answering those questions. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a numeric credit code and instructions for texting that to our credit system to claim your credits.
